Like the product it encases, HollenWolff packaging is beautiful, highly-engineered, made in the USA, and layered in meaning. Cufflinks and shirt studs are encased in a rich Horween Chromexcel leather traveling case, with studs secured in a holster beneath the cufflinks if included. This resides inside a keepsake leather-belted anodized aluminum housing, numbered to match its set, and personalized laser-inscribed messaging as desired. Finally, all is secured for shipping and presentation inside a renewably-harvested and aromatic red cedar valet.

Clean with mild soap and water for periodic removal of dust and debris. Shake out excess, air dry or blow dry (for example with compressed air) and polish with the included microfiber polishing cloth. Buttons/screws are bonded and mustn’t be removed. As such should spin on the male links in unison with the opposite slotted end outside the ball retainer. If screws are noticeably backing out of links or for any other concern, please contact us for complimentary return, repair, and/or replacement as required. When not in use, cufflinks should be stored in their leather traveling case.

All registered HollenWolff products carry a conditional and transferable lifetime repair or replacement guarantee against manufacturing defect.

This warranty is in addition to HollenWolff’s Return and Exchange Policy.

Should a qualified repair or replacement be required due to a defect in material or workmanship, HollenWolff, LLC will at its discretion; repair or replace such defective product without charge for materials and/or labor, or refund its original value.

Conditions and Limitations:

• This warranty is transferable.
• To be valid and transferable, this warranty must be activated online through product registration within 90 days from the date of purchase at www.hollenwolff.com. Failure to do so will nullify warranty eligibility.
• This warranty excludes coverage for excessive physical and/or accidental abuse, damage due to improper handling or misuse; normal wear and tear; loss or theft; broken, cracked or lost stones. HollenWolff reserves the right to determine the presence and liability of any and all of the foregoing exclusions.
• Refunds, if authorized by HollenWolff in lieu of repair or replacement, may only be made available to the original purchaser.
• This warranty is valid only with HollenWolff, LLC. Improper repair or service performed by any entity other than HollenWolff, LLC will void this warranty.
• This warranty does not cover the cost of shipping to and/or from the manufacturer.
• This warranty excludes coverage for non-defective issues and for non-registered HollenWolff products. Returns due other issues and for non-registered products are covered by our Return and Exchange Policy.

Please notify HollenWolff LLC of any apparent defects upon their discovery to obtain return authorization. Please do not ship products to HollenWolff, LLC without prior authorization, and contact us if you have any questions regarding this warranty:

HollenWolff ships all over the world typically via UPS. Unless specified at checkout, packages will be shipped requiring a signature at the time of delivery.
