SHIPPING
HollenWolff ships all over the world typically via UPS. Unless specified at checkout, packages will be shipped requiring a signature at the time of delivery. Customs duties, import tariffs and VAT levies are determined by the incoming country’s government and are solely the customer’s responsibility. Our shipping rates are as follows:
- USA & Canada Ground – Free
- USA & Canada 2nd Day Air – $20
- USA & Canada Next Day Air – $50
- International Non-Expedited – $50
- International Expedited – $65
We are happy to accommodate any special shipping requests you may have. Please note them at checkout in the space provided and we will confirm via email. In most cases HollenWolff processes purchases within (24) hours in the order they are received. While we are happy to accommodate shorter lead times as possible, standard lead time for personalized orders is within (7) days, unless noted as otherwise or confirmed via email. In-Stock items will ship on the day the order is received provided received by 1:00 PM CST. Orders placed during high-volume events may be delayed slightly, and tracking information will be provided via email for all orders at the time of dispatch.
WARRANTY
HollenWolff recognizes that those considering investing in HollenWolff cufflinks and shirt studs are interested in these products because of their engineered beauty, ingenuity, craftsmanship and mechanical integrity. This unique pedigree of characteristics, together with superior materials and workmanship involved in manufacturing our products, allow us to provide the following HollenWolff Lifetime Warranty:
All registered HollenWolff products carry a conditional and transferable lifetime repair or replacement guarantee against manufacturing defect.
This warranty is in addition to HollenWolff’s Return and Exchange Policy.
Should a qualified repair or replacement be required due to a defect in material or workmanship, HollenWolff, LLC will at its discretion; repair or replace such defective product without charge for materials and/or labor, or refund its original value.
Conditions and Limitations:
- This warranty is transferable.
- To be valid and transferable, this warranty must be activated online through product registration within 90 days from the date of purchase at www.hollenwolff.com. Failure to do so will nullify warranty eligibility.
- This warranty excludes coverage for excessive physical and/or accidental abuse, damage due to improper handling or misuse; normal wear and tear; loss or theft; broken, cracked or lost stones. HollenWolff reserves the right to determine the presence and liability of any and all of the foregoing exclusions.
- Refunds, if authorized by HollenWolff in lieu of repair or replacement, may only be made available to the original purchaser.
- This warranty is valid only with HollenWolff, LLC. Improper repair or service performed by any entity other than HollenWolff, LLC will void this warranty.
- This warranty does not cover the cost of shipping to and/or from the manufacturer.
- This warranty excludes coverage for non-defective issues and for non-registered HollenWolff products. Returns due other issues and for non-registered products are covered by our Return and Exchange Policy.
Please notify HollenWolff LLC of any apparent defects upon their discovery to obtain return authorization. Please do not ship products to HollenWolff, LLC without prior authorization, and contact us if you have any questions regarding this warranty:
