Milwaukee was once known as “the machine shop to the world”, due to the skills and trades of those who immigrated here, including our grandfathers. Even today, a blue- collar romanticism remains. This explains why some of the world’s finest motorcycles are made here. The idea of wearing a machine on your sleeve could only have come from a place like this.
Maybe the Swiss are famous for their watchmaking craftsmanship, but leading up to World War II, the art of precision-machining flourished in Wisconsin. Today, evidence of this heritage remains in our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, where we maintain ISO, Green Masters Program, and Directorate of Defense Trade Controls accreditation. Which explains how we can make cufflinks “like a Swiss watch.” Or, “like a Milwaukee motorcycle.”
